A comfortable 30-room waterfront motel overlooking Skidegate Inlet — an easy walk from the shops, the marina and the village, and a practical base for the whole of Haida Gwaii.
Open year-round · Free Wi-Fi · Pet-friendly rooms · On-site restaurant
Welcome
The Sea Raven is a straightforward waterfront motel in central Daajing Giids — one of the largest places to stay in Queen Charlotte, with thirty rooms right on the shore of Skidegate Inlet. There is a beach across the street and the whole village within an easy walk: the co-op, the coffee shops, the marina and the restaurants.
It is family-run and unfussy — a clean, comfortable room, a good sleep and a genuinely central spot from which to catch the ferry, head out fishing, or set off for Gwaii Haanas. Bring the dog; we keep pet-friendly rooms on the ground floor.
